i ordered this gorgeous arrangement and there was an initial confusion on the orchid color, but valentina at growers direct reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve it by sending a lovely replacement arrangement at their expensive. both arrangements where beautiful and i would definitely recommend them for any floral need.
