If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers were pretty, however there was no touch of purple (nor a suitable substitution done) which was a little disappointing as the flowers were chosen to match a particular theme of pink and purple. All flowers used were merely pink and white. Also delivery was supposed to be between 11:00 and 12:00 noon but was delivered only after 4pm.
